These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jura AI (the “Service”), operated by ISHAQ MAGAJI SAN & Co.. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be a legal professional or authorised firm representative, at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of professional conduct rules.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell or redistribute generated output in violation of these Terms.

4. AI-generated output

The Service assists with, but does not replace, professional legal judgment. AI-generated documents, citations, and research must be reviewed and verified by a qualified barrister or solicitor before use or filing. We make no warranty that output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular matter.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in Nigerian Naira (₦) via our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. We retain all rights in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated output that was not independently verified.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
