We process your data to provide and improve the Service, generate the documents and research you request, secure your account, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Your documents and client data are never used to train shared AI models.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service, consistent with the NDPR.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
